Suzhou Dushuhu Hospital (Dushuhu Hospital Affiliated to Soochow University and the First Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University) has been included in the regional health planning of Suzhou tertiary hospitals, and was approved by Jiangsu Provincial Department of Health in 2013 (Suwei Medical Approval No. [2013]9). It is a key health project of Suzhou Southern Jiangsu Modernization Demonstration Area "Twelfth Five-year Plan" and is listed as a practical project of people's livelihood in Suzhou in 2017.
