On July 11, 2021, the final and award ceremony of the 13th Suzhou Youth Elite Entrepreneurship Competition "Win the Future in Suzhou" jointly held by Suzhou Youth League Committee, Suzhou Talent Office, Suzhou Science and Technology Bureau and other units was successfully held in Suzhou Dushu Lake World King Hotel. Guided by Mr. Yang Wang of the Software School, the team composed of Li Limin and Wang Pengkun, doctoral students of the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Lab in 2020, and Zhang Yudong, Zou Jianpeng, Zhang Maosen, Yang Qiang, Tang Jiajing and Yang Simin, master students of the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Lab in 2020, won the only first prize in the group of "Unregistered Projects" in the competition.

Since its launch, the competition has received positive response from well-known universities, research institutes and social organizations at home and abroad, and attracted a total of 500 projects to participate in the competition, among which more than 300 projects have not been settled. High research institute carefully organized, strengthen guidance, after strict preliminary examination and master gathered in the semifinal, high research institute recommended the competition project "based on the knowledge map of efficient RFIC intelligent debugging technology" successfully promoted to the final; Finally, we competed with the project teams from Tsinghua University and Shanghai Jiao Tong University, and won the first prize with excellent results.

The Advanced Research Institute won the award for the project "Knowledge Graph Based Efficent RFIC Intelligent Debugging Technology", the main orientation is to apply artificial intelligence technology to the semiconductor design and production process, achieve interdisciplinary integration, and vigorously promote the development of semiconductor product technology in the field of China. The project uses deep reinforcement learning technology to achieve the goal that the production efficiency of an intelligent device exceeds that of human labor by 5 times. Efficient solutions to RF chip devices need to rely on a large number of manual design and debugging brought by labor difficulties, high cost, low efficiency. At present, the company has shipped more than 3 million semiconductor devices per month, relying on the manual debugging of more than 800 engineers in the production lines of Suzhou Dongshan Precision, Jiaxing Jiali Electronics, Zhangjiagang Canqin Electronics and other manufacturers for data acquisition model training and test verification. Once the project is implemented, it will have a good entrepreneurial prospect and promote the technical development of the design and production of radio frequency chips in China.
